OUR WINERY

An equipped cellar where tradition joins modern technology

Oak barrels and steel barrels

The wine, in wood, has a very particular aging, some say better, because this type of barrels allows the passage of air and therefore a slight and constant oxygenation which gives the wine its unique characteristics.

The steel barrels, as they say, do not give or take anything away from the wine, the vinification in these barrels, like our Langhe Nebbiolo DOC, allows to obtain a "fresh" wine with immediate drinkability.

Dolcetto, Nebbiolo and Barbera

The company is spread over 21 hectares of hilly land planted with vines of Dolcetto, Barbera, Nebbiolo and hazelnut groves.

The vinification takes place in an equipped cellar where the canons of tradition are flanked by modern technology that makes the processing phases more reliable. The most representative wine of this area is Dolcetto, a historic native grape variety of Piedmont which in the Doglianese area is able to express the best qualities. From the Dolcetto grapes we can obtain with a selection in the harvest and a very strict disciplinary the Dogliani DOCG very full-bodied wine suitable for aging and the Dogliani Superiore DOCG, while for a wine to be savored every day we recommend the Dolcetto di Dogliani DOC.

Not least is the Nebbiolo which is produced in two selections, a Langhe Nebbiolo DOC which is aged in large oak barrels and a Langhe Nebbiolo DOC vinified only in steel barrels. production of the three most representative wines of Piedmont.
